Accurate information
Merchant and enquiry information must be current, complete and not misleading. Changes to ownership, products, customer geography or risk profile may require renewed review.
Security obligations
Credentials must be protected, integrations maintained and suspected compromise reported promptly. Testing must not target live systems without written permission.
Review and action
We may reject an enquiry, request more information, restrict access or end a relationship where activity creates unacceptable legal, security, operational or reputational risk, subject to any binding agreement and applicable law.
